Who is Gallery 28.02?

 

At Gallery 28.02 we aim to deliver a completely unique product, something we are proud of.

​Our images are often snapshots of recognisable locale, a well framed landscape or a familiar slice of life, but what they all have in common is they are photographed and framed by us.

That way we are able to ensure that the final product is something we are happy to put our names and the Gallery 28.02 brand on. 

You won't find these prints anywhere else.

Where do you produce your artwork?

 

Gallery 28.02 is proudly Australian owned. All our artwork is designed and created by us locally in Melbourne.

 

Do you have a physical store?

 

Currently we are an e-commerce store that ships our products so we don’t have a physical store. However, our headquarters are located in Melbourne, Australia.

Are prints printed edge to edge?

 

Yes. All prints (prints only) are true sizes and printed edge to edge.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

All measures will be taken to ensure your frame arrives safe and sound. However, if there is a problem, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to gallery2802@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

​IMPORTANT: Our prints/frames are made to order, so unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind.

 

My print arrived damaged, what do I do?

 

If your print/frame has arrived damaged, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to gallery2802@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Can I change my order?

 

If you realise a mistake has been made during the checkout process, please contact us immediately. 
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order once its been fulfilled or if you have had a change of mind.

 

How do you ship the prints/frames?

All prints/frames are sent with a trusted courier, complete with tracking information and signature on arrival. 

 

How long does delivery take?

Our products are individually printed and assembled when you place an order, so please allow 2-5 business days manufacture time for your prints.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to shipping method and location - allow 2-7 business days.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

 

Unfortunately not. We require a physical shipping address to complete delivery. 

 

Do you offer wholesale / trade pricing?

 

Yes. Wholesale and trade pricing is available to approved applicants such as Retailers, Property Stylists, Architects, Hotels and Interior Designers. Please visit Trade & Wholesale for more information.
